1. Essential storage
Authentication and security cookies keep customer and administrator sessions active, prevent unauthorized access, and preserve required preferences. They are necessary to provide requested dashboard functionality and cannot be disabled through a consent control.
- Customer session cookie: secure, HTTP-only account session; normally expires after 30 days or earlier revocation.
- Administrator session cookie: encrypted administrative access state; expires according to the configured security session.
- Local interface preferences: sidebar state, saved filters, or comparable device-only settings.
2. Analytics and performance
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may collect limited page-view, browser, performance, and network measurements. HookMessage does not use these tools to read message content or API secrets.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics, those tools should remain disabled until consent is obtained. Browser settings and supported consent controls can be used to withdraw permission.
3. Third-party checkout
Stripe may set cookies or use similar technology when you open hosted checkout or billing pages. Stripe controls those technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices.
