- Vercel: website and Next.js application hosting, analytics, and performance measurements.
- Railway: backend container hosting and operational networking.
- Cloudflare: DNS, network services, and R2 private attachment storage when configured.
- Stripe: checkout, recurring billing, invoices, payment authentication, and billing portal.
- Resend: transactional email delivery and email-domain infrastructure.
- Ba-Forge or the configured PostgreSQL provider: workspace, account, messaging metadata, billing, and audit records.
- Upstash or the configured Redis provider: queues, rate limiting, short-lived challenges, and operational coordination.
- Meta/WhatsApp: delivery of WhatsApp messages through customer-authorized sender sessions.

Changes and objections
HookMessage may replace or add providers when needed to operate the Service. Material changes affecting customer-data processing will be posted here or communicated through the account email.
Business customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting [email protected] before the announced change takes effect.

Locations and safeguards
Provider regions depend on the deployed service configuration and may be outside Morocco. HookMessage applies contractual, access, security, and transfer safeguards appropriate to the data and applicable law.
